The Scripps Ranch Falcons softball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Grossmont Foothillers to 0 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Scripps Ranch moves its record to 8-1 on the year. The Falcons host Del Norte (San Diego, CA) to clash with the Nighthawks in a non-league game on Friday, April 7. The Nighthawks come into the game with a record of 10-0. Del Norte won 10-9 in their recent league game against Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA)
In their next game, the Foothillers clash with the Santana Sultans (Santee, CA) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 17. Grossmont will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
