The Chickasha Fighting Chicks (Chickasha, OK) soccer nudged the visiting Newcastle Racers (Newcastle, OK), 1-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
With the win, Chickasha moves its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Fighting Chicks travel to Madill (Madill, OK) to battle the Wildcats in a 4A District 1 bout on Friday, April 7. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Madill 1-1 in their recent non-league bout against Bethany (Bethany, OK)
In their next game, the Racers battle the Harrah Panthers (Harrah, OK) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 6. Newcastle will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record.
