The Carroll Cougars softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Twin Lakes Indians to 0 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Carroll improves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Cougars travel to Lewis Cass (Walton, IN) to clash with the Kings in a non-league game on Friday, April 7. The Kings come into the game with a record of 2-0. Lewis Cass won 8-6 in their recent league game against Northwestern (Kokomo, IN)

In their next game, the Indians clash with the West Lafayette Red Devils (West Lafayette, IN) in a Hoosier game, on Thursday, April 6. Twin Lakes will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Red Devils come into the game with a 1-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Seeger (West Lebanon, IN).
