Texas High School Softball - Saltillo falls to Fruitvale

In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Fruitvale Bobcats softball team scored a nice 19-3 win over the Saltillo Lions.

Coming up next, the Bobcats encounter the Rivercrest Rebels (Bogata, TX) in a 1A Region III District 17 outing, on Thursday, April 6. Fruitvale will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Rebels enter the outing with a 10-7 record after their 3-1 league win over Detroit (Detroit, TX).

The Lions (0-4) will now prepare for their outing against Alba-Golden (Alba, TX). The Panthers enter the 1A Region III District 17 outing with a 4-7 record. In their last outing, Alba-Golden ran past Detroit (Detroit, TX), 4-3, in a league outing.
