Indiana High School Softball - Union County bounces North Decatur

April 4, 2023: Liberty, IN 47353

The Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN) softball routed the visiting North Decatur Chargers (Greensburg, IN), 11-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Patriots (3-0) will now prepare for their bout against Hagerstown (Hagerstown, IN). The Tigers go into the Tri-Eastern bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Hagerstown was routed by Shenandoah (Middletown, IN), 8-3, in a non-league bout.

The Chargers now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Morristown for a Mid-Hoosier bout on Thursday, April 6. North Decatur will confront a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 21-9 non-league win over Christel House (Indianapolis, IN). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 1-0.
