The Newcastle Racers baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Bridge Creek Bobcats to 0 in the Racers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Racers now hold a 17-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harrah for a non-league outing on Friday, April 5. Newcastle will confront a Panthers team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Bethel (Shawnee, OK). The Panthers record now stands at 10-9.
Next, the Bobcats confront the Bethel Wildcats (Shawnee, OK) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, April 6. Bridge Creek will attempt to advance on its 9-9 season record. The Wildcats go into the outing with a 15-3 record after their 15-7 non-league win over Cache (Cache, OK).
