With the win, Piedmont upgrades its record to 8-7 on the season. The Panthers travel to Buford (Lancaster, SC) to battle the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 10. The Yellowjackets come into the test with a record of 14-1.

With the defeat, Chase falls to 6-6 on the season. The Trojans travel to Hendersonville (Hendersonville, NC) to battle the Bearcats in a Mountain Foothills 7 1A/2A test on Tuesday, April 9. The Bearcats come into the test with a record of 2-11. Hendersonville lost 8-7 in their recent league test against Brevard (Brevard, NC)
