The Pilot Grove Tigers baseball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Prairie Home Panthers to 1 in the Tigers non-league victory on Thursday.

The Tigers (6-2) will now prepare for their match against Sweet Springs (Sweet Springs, MO). The Greyhounds go into the non-league match with a 4-6 record. In their last match, Sweet Springs edged Smithton (Smithton, MO), 10-5, in a non-league match.

The Panthers (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Jamestown (Jamestown, MO). The go into the Class 1 District 9 match with a 2-6 record.
