The Riley County Falcons baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Valley Heights Mustangs to 0 in the Falcons non-league victory on Thursday.

The Falcons (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Wabaunsee (Alma, KS). The Chargers go into the Mid-East match with a 0-8 record. In their last match, Wabaunsee was overwhelmed by Rossville (Rossville, KS), 9-1, in a league match.

The Mustangs (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Onaga (Onaga, KS). The Buffaloes go into the Twin Valley match with a 6-2 record.
