The Amundsen Vikings volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Northside Mustangs to 1 in the Vikings league victory on Thursday.
The Vikings now have a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chicago Academy for a non-league game on Monday, April 8. Amundsen will meet a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 league win over Senn (Chicago, IL). The Cougars record now stands at 2-1.
The Mustangs (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL). The Roadrunners enter the non-league game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, Nazareth Academy was nudged by Tournament Opponent (, ), 2-0, in a non-league game.
