The Back of the Yards College Prep Bobcats topped the visiting Bowen Boilermakers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Bobcats now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hyde Park for a Chicago Public Green - South test on Friday, April 5. Back of the Yards College Prep will confront a Thunderbirds team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Agricultural Science (Chicago, IL). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 0-1.

The Boilermakers (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Phillips (Chicago, IL). The Wildcats enter the Chicago Public Green - South test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Phillips was knocked off by Tilden (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
