Ohio High School Lacrosse - Mentor drops to Solon

Solon Comets (Solon, OH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Mentor Cardinals (Mentor, OH), 15-6 in a non-league test.
The Comets now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Orange for a non-league test on Friday, April 5. Solon will face a Lions squad coming off a 15-3 league loss to Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH). The Lions record now stands at 1-3.
In their next game, the Cardinals face the Medina Battling Bees (Medina, OH) in a Region 1 test, on Tuesday, April 9. Mentor will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Battling Bees come into the test with a 1-3 record after their 15-8 non-league loss to Olentangy Liberty (Powell, OH).
