The Carlisle Thundering Herd lacrosse team scored 17 points and held the visiting Gettysburg Warriors to 8 in the Thundering Herd league win on Thursday.

The Thundering Herd (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Cumberland Valley (Mechanicsburg, PA). The Eagles go into the Mid-Penn game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Cumberland Valley was overwhelmed by Susquehannock (Glen Rock, PA), 12-10, in a non-league game.

The Warriors (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Red Land (Lewisberry, PA). The Patriots go into the Mid-Penn game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Red Land prevailed over Northern York (Dillsburg, PA), 9-8, in a league game.
