The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the West Broward Bobcats (Pembroke Pines, FL) and the host Coral Reef Barracudas (Miami, FL), saw West Broward's lacrosse team nudge Coral Reef by a margin of 9-8.

The Bobcats (11-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Taravella (Coral Springs, FL). The Trojans enter the Independent challenge with a 5-10 record. In their last challenge, Taravella edged Coral Glades (Coral Springs, FL), 15-2, in a league challenge.
