Freedom Eagles (South Riding, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Riverside Ram (Leesburg, VA), 10-9 in a non-league battle.

The Eagles now have a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Colonial Forge for a non-league battle on Monday, April 8. Freedom will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 6-5 league win over Brooke Point (Stafford, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-1.

In their next game, the Ram clash with the St. Anne's-Belfield Saints (Charlottesville, VA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 13. Riverside will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record.
