The Patuxent Panthers lacrosse team scored 18 points and held the host Gwynn Park Yellowjackets to 2 in the Panthers non-league win on Thursday.
The Panthers (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Calvert (Prince Frederick, MD). The Cavaliers go into the non-league match with a 1-0 record.
The Yellowjackets (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Surrattsville (Clinton, MD). The Hornets go into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Surrattsville was overwhelmed by Oxon Hill (Oxon Hill, MD), 21-0, in a league match.
