With the loss, Appalachian falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Ragland (Ragland, AL) to face the Purple Devils in a non-league match on Monday, April 8. The Purple Devils enter the match with a record of 7-7. Ragland won 15-0 in their recent league match against Winterboro (Alpine, AL)
