The Doniphan Dons softball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Southern Reynolds Whippets to 0 in the Dons non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Doniphan improves its record to 5-0 on the year. The Dons travel to Puxico (Puxico, MO) to clash with the Indians in a non-league game on Friday, April 5. The Indians come into the game with a record of 0-4. Puxico lost 10-0 in their recent non-league game against Dexter (Dexter, MO)

In their next game, the Whippets clash with the Van Buren Bulldogs (Van Buren, MO) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 8. Southern Reynolds will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the game with a 2-2 record after their 22-0 non-league win over Eminence (Eminence, MO).
