In Friday's league bout, the Chesapeake Cougars (Pasadena, MD) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Annapolis Panthers (Annapolis, MD), by a tally of 9-1.
Next up, the Cougars encounter the Fallston Cougars (Fallston, MD) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 5. Chesapeake will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 5-4 record after their 10-0 league win over Joppatowne (Joppa, MD).
The Panthers (1-6) will now prepare for their bout against Glen Burnie (Glen Burnie, MD). The Gophers enter the Anne Arundel County bout with a 1-6 record. In their last bout, Glen Burnie was overwhelmed by Severna Park (Severna Park, MD), 15-3, in a league bout.
