The Berwick Academy Bulldogs (South Berwick, ME) baseball got by the host Phillips Exeter Academy Lions (Exeter, NH), 1-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kents Hill School for a NEPSAC Freelance challenge on Wednesday, April 9. Berwick Academy will clash with a Huskies team coming off a 4-3 league win over Monmouth Academy (Monmouth, ME). The Huskies record now stands at 1-0.

With the defeat, Phillips Exeter Academy drops to 1-5 on the year. The Lions host Austin Prep (Reading, MA) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 5. The Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 4-0. Austin Prep won 13-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Marianapolis Prep (Thompson, CT)
