The Century Jaguars (Hillsboro, OR) baseball the host North Eugene Highlanders (Eugene, OR), 4-2 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Jaguars now own a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Sherwood for a 6A Pacific challenge on Monday, April 7. Century will clash with a Bowmen team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Mountainside (Beaverton, OR). The Bowmen record now stands at 6-1.
With the defeat, North Eugene drops to 3-3 on the year. The Highlanders host Crater (Central Point, OR) to clash with the Comets in a 5A Midwestern challenge on Tuesday, April 8. The Comets go into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Crater won 4-1 in their recent non-league challenge against La Salle (Milwaukie, OR)
