In Friday's non-league bout, the Milford Buccaneers (Milford, DE) baseball squad overwhelmed the host First State Military Academy Bulldogs (Clayton, DE), by a tally of 9-0.
Next up, the Buccaneers encounter the Sussex Central Golden Knights (Georgetown, DE) in a Henlopen North bout, on Tuesday, April 8. Milford will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
The Bulldogs (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Newark (Newark, DE). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league bout with a 0-5 record. In their last bout, Newark was overwhelmed by Middletown (Middletown, DE), 10-2, in a league bout.
