The Hope Christian Academy baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host Southern Prep Academy Fighting Rangers to 2 in the non-league win on Friday.

The now own a 16-7 record. They take the field next when they host North River Christian for a AISA A Region 2 Area 2 test on Monday, April 7. Hope Christian Academy will play a Chargers team coming off a 19-1 non-league loss to Southern Academy (Greensboro, AL). The Chargers record now stands at 1-8.

With the defeat, Southern Prep Academy drops to 2-16 on the year. The Fighting rangers host Trinity Christian (Opelika, AL) to play the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, April 7. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 1-6. Trinity Christian lost 10-0 in their recent league test against Abbeville Christian Academy (Abbeville, AL)
