Washington High School Baseball - Lakeside holds off West Seattle

The Lakeside Lions baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting West Seattle to 3 in the Lions league win on Friday.
The Lions now hold a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Seattle Prep for a 3A Metro test on Monday, April 7. Lakeside will play a Panthers team coming off a 9-4 league win over Roosevelt (Seattle, WA). The Panthers record now stands at 4-7.
With the defeat, West Seattle drops to 4-4 on the year. The host Seattle Academy (Seattle, WA) to play the Cardinals in a 3A Metro test on Monday, April 7. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 5-3. Seattle Academy lost 5-4 in their recent league test against O'Dea (Seattle, WA)
