Arizona High School Volleyball - Corona del Sol over Gilbert

Fans at Friday's league contest between the Corona del Sol Aztecs (Tempe, AZ) and the visiting Gilbert Tigers (Gilbert, AZ), observed Corona del Sol's volleyball team top Gilbert by a count of 2-0.

The Aztecs (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Brophy College Prep (Phoenix, AZ). The Broncos enter the contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Brophy College Prep notched a victory over Basha (Chandler, AZ), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Tigers battle the Queen Creek Bulldogs (Queen Creek, AZ) in a contest, on Tuesday, April 8. Gilbert will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 1-0 record after their 2-1 league win over Gilbert (Gilbert, AZ).
