Florida High School Volleyball - Archbishop McCarthy Mater Lakes Academy

The Mater Lakes Academy Bears topped the visiting Archbishop McCarthy Mavericks volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league game.

Next up, the Bears face the Winter Park Wildcats (Winter Park, FL) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 4. Mater Lakes Academy will attempt to advance on its 13-7 season record. The Wildcats go into the game with a 5-2 record after their 3-1 league loss to Timber Creek (Orlando, FL).

The Mavericks (9-12) will now prepare for their game against Lake Nona (Orlando, FL). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Lake Nona went down by Cypress Creek (Orlando, FL), 3-2, in a league game.
