Fans at Friday's non-league test between the Catholic Crusaders (Virginia Beach, VA) and the visiting Steward Spartans (Richmond, VA), witnessed Catholic's lacrosse squad top Steward by a count of 20-3.

The Crusaders (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Norfolk Academy (Norfolk, VA). The Bulldogs enter the Tidewater Independent test with a 9-2 record. In their last test, Norfolk Academy thwarted St. Catherine's (Richmond, VA), 7-3, in a league test.

Next, the Spartans battle the The Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 7. Steward will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Eagles enter the test with a 4-1 record after their 19-9 league win over Virginia Episcopal School (Lynchburg, VA).
