The Franklin Admirals lacrosse squad scored 19 points and limited the visiting Independence Eagles to 2 in the Admirals league triumph on Friday.

The Admirals now own a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ravenwood for a outing on Thursday, April 10. Franklin will face a Raptors squad coming off a 21-4 league win over Summit (Spring Hill, TN). The Raptors record now stands at 8-2.

With the loss, Independence falls to 3-6 on the year. The Eagles travel to Summit (Spring Hill, TN) to face the Spartans in a outing on Monday, April 7. The Spartans go into the outing with a record of 3-5. Summit lost 16-10 in their recent non-league outing against Signal Mountain (Signal Mountain, TN)
