Clarenceville Trojans (Livonia, MI) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Renaissance Phoenix (Detroit, MI), 7-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Clarenceville advances its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Trojans host Hamtramck (Hamtramck, MI) to clash with the Cosmos in a non-league test on Monday, April 7. The Cosmos come into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Phoenix now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Western International for a non-league test on Monday, April 7. Renaissance will clash with a Cowboys team coming off a 7-3 non-league loss to Crestwood (Dearborn Heights, MI). The Cowboys record now stands at 0-2.
