In Friday's non-league outing, the host Russell County Warriors soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 win over the Valley Rams.
The Warriors (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Central (Phenix City, AL). The Red Devils enter the non-league outing with a 3-9 record. In their last outing, Central by Auburn (Auburn, AL), 10-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Rams confront the Sylacauga Aggies (Sylacauga, AL) in a 5A Area 7 outing, on Tuesday, April 8. Valley will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The Aggies enter the outing with a 12-3 record after their 2-0 non-league win over White Plains (Anniston, AL).
