The Aquinas Falcons baseball team scored 6 runs and held the host La Quinta Blackhawks to 1 in the Falcons non-league win on Friday.
The Falcons now own a 13-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ontario Christian for a test on Tuesday, April 8. Aquinas will play a Knights team coming off a 17-6 league loss to Arrowhead Christian (Redlands, CA). The Knights record now stands at 6-6.
With the defeat, La Quinta drops to 8-4 on the year. The Blackhawks travel to La Habra (La Habra, CA) to play the Highlanders in a non-league test on Thursday, April 10. The Highlanders go into the test with a record of 2-4. La Habra lost 7-3 in their recent non-league test against Santa Fe (Santa Fe Springs, CA)
