In Friday's league contest, the host South Side Cyclones lacrosse squad scored a tight 15-14 triumph over the Roslyn Bulldogs.

The Cyclones (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Yorktown (Yorktown Heights, NY). The Huskers go into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Yorktown held off John Jay (Cross River, NY), 6-2, in a league contest.
