Georgia High School Soccer - Clarke Central knocks off Alcovy

Fans at Friday's league battle between the Clarke Central Gladiators (Athens, GA) and the host Alcovy Tigers (Covington, GA), saw Clarke Central's soccer squad triumph over Alcovy by a score of 10-0.
The Gladiators (12-1) will now prepare for their battle against Jefferson (Jefferson, GA). The Dragons enter the non-league battle with a 8-5 record. In their last battle, Jefferson was overwhelmed by Buford (Buford, GA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Stockbridge Tigers (Stockbridge, GA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 15. Alcovy will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 10-2 record after their 4-0 league win over Hampton (Hampton, GA).
