Maryland High School Softball - Patuxent succumbs to Chopticon

In Friday's league test, the Chopticon Braves (Morganza, MD) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Patuxent Panthers (Lusby, MD), by a tally of 17-1.
Next, the Braves clash with the La Plata Warriors (La Plata, MD) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 7. Chopticon will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 4-2 record after their 11-10 league win over Calvert (Prince Frederick, MD).
The Panthers (0-6) will now prepare for their test against Great Mills (Great Mills, MD). The Hornets go into the Southern Maryland test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Great Mills prevailed over St. Charles (Waldorf, MD), 13-3, in a league test.
