The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Farragut Admirals (Knoxville, TN) and the visiting Knoxville Central Bobcats (Knoxville, TN), observed Farragut's softball team notch a victory over Knoxville Central by a final score of 11-2.

The Admirals (19-4) will now prepare for their bout against Maryville (Maryville, TN). The Red Rebels go into the 4A District 4 bout with a 9-5 record. In their last bout, Maryville gained a win over West (Knoxville, TN), 15-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Bobcats battle the Campbell County Cougars (Jacksboro, TN) in a 4A District 3 bout, on Tuesday, April 8. Knoxville Central will attempt to better on its 10-3 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 4-11 record after their 18-2 non-league loss to Lemont (Lemont, IL).
