In Friday's non-league test, the Hardin County Tigers (Savannah, TN) softball squad overwhelmed the host Wayne County Wildcats (Waynesboro, TN), by a tally of 13-8.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Chester County Eagles (Henderson, TN) in a 3A District 11 test, on Tuesday, April 8. Hardin County will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 3-5 record after their 13-4 league loss to Lexington (Lexington, TN).

The Wildcats (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Summertown (Summertown, TN). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 18-3 record. In their last test, Summertown held off Loretto (Loretto, TN), 11-0, in a league test.
