In Tuesday's league test, the visiting Shoreham-Wading River Wildcats lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-5 victory over the Harborfields Tornadoes.

The Wildcats now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bayport-Blue Point for a Section 11 II match on Friday, April 8. Shoreham-Wading River will play a Phantoms team coming off a 15-0 league win over Eastport-South Manor (Manorville, NY). The Phantoms record now stands at 1-1.

The Tornadoes (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Hauppauge (Hauppauge, NY). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Hauppauge nudged John Glenn (Elwood, NY), 11-5, in a non-league match.
