Texas High School Softball - Caldwell loses to Latexo

The Latexo Tigers softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Caldwell Hornets to 2 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Latexo improves its record to 20-3 on the year. The Tigers host Grapeland (Grapeland, TX) to clash with the Sandies in a 2A Region IV District 25 game on Friday, April 8. The Sandies come into the game with a record of 1-6.
In their next game, the Hornets clash with the C.H. Yoe Yoemen (Cameron, TX) in a 3A Region III District 19 game, on Friday, April 8. Caldwell will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Yoemen come into the game with a 10-3 record after their 16-1 league win over Rockdale (Rockdale, TX).
