The Carroll Cougars softball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Twin Lakes Indians to 3 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Carroll improves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Cougars host Lewis Cass (Walton, IN) to clash with the Kings in a non-league game on Friday, April 8. The Kings come into the game with a record of 0-2. Lewis Cass lost 7-2 in their recent league game against Northwestern (Kokomo, IN)

In their next game, the Indians clash with the West Lafayette Red Devils (West Lafayette, IN) in a Hoosier game, on Thursday, April 7. Twin Lakes will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Red Devils come into the game with a 0-2 record after their 9-1 non-league loss to Seeger (West Lebanon, IN).
