The Southwood Cowboys softball team scored 18 runs and limited the host Saline Bobcats to 3 in the Cowboys non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Southwood moves its record to 1-4 on the year. The Cowboys travel to Summerfield (Summerfield, LA) to clash with the Rebels in a non-league game on Thursday, April 7. The Rebels come into the game with a record of 3-12.
In their next game, the Bobcats clash with the Jonesboro-Hodge Tigers (Jonesboro, LA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 6. Saline will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record.
