The Longmeadow Lancers baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Amherst-Pelham Regional Hurricanes to 8 in the Lancers league victory on Wednesday.
The Lancers (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Minnechaug Regional (Wilbraham, MA). The Falcons go into the Valley match with a 0-0 record.
The Hurricanes (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Westfield (Westfield, MA). The Bombers go into the Valley match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Westfield edged Chicopee (Chicopee, MA), 25-0, in a non-league match.
