In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Chapel Hill Tigers baseball team scored a tight 12-10 victory over the Southwestern Randolph Cougars.
The Tigers (12-2) will now prepare for their game against Wheatmore (Trinity, NC). The Warriors go into the non-league game with a 7-5 record. In their last game, Wheatmore tipped Jordan-Matthews (Siler City, NC), 9-0, in a non-league game.
The Cougars (5-9) will now prepare for their game against North Moore (Robbins, NC). The Mustangs go into the non-league game with a 10-3 record. In their last game, North Moore by Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC), 13-5, in a non-league game.
