The Myers Park Mustangs lacrosse team scored 17 points and held the visiting Lake Norman Wildcats to 9 in the Mustangs non-league win on Wednesday.
The Mustangs (10-4) will now prepare for their match against Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC). The Yellow Jackets go into the non-league match with a 9-6 record. In their last match, Fort Mill was overwhelmed by Chapin (Chapin, SC), 13-9, in a non-league match.
The Wildcats (10-3) will now prepare for their match against Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC). The Pride go into the match with a 2-7 record. In their last match, Pine Lake Prep was overwhelmed by Mooresville (Mooresville, NC), 14-6, in a league match.
