The Poland Seminary Bulldogs the visiting Boardman Spartans baseball team by a count of 4-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Harding for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 6.
Next, the Spartans face the Canfield Cardinals (Canfield, OH) in a bout, on Wednesday, April 19. Boardman will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
