California High School Softball - Encinal bounces St. Joseph Notre Dame

Encinal Jets (Alameda, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting St. Joseph Notre Dame Pilots (Alameda, CA), 12-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Jets now own a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Piedmont for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 6. Encinal will face a Highlanders squad coming off a 16-6 league loss to Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA). The Highlanders record now stands at 2-5.
With the loss, St. Joseph Notre Dame falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Pilots travel to Redwood Christian (San Lorenzo, CA) to face the Eagles in a Bay Counties - East challenge on Tuesday, April 18. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 4-3.
