New York High School Softball - Skaneateles knocked off by West Springfield

April 5, 2023: Skaneateles, NY 13152

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the West Springfield Spartans (Springfield, VA) softball team overwhelmed the host Skaneateles Lakers (Skaneateles, NY), by a margin of 13-3.

With the triumph, West Springfield moves its record to 5-6 on the year. The Spartans travel to Robinson (Fairfax, VA) to play the Rams in a Patriot contest on Tuesday, April 11. The Rams come into the contest with a record of 4-2. Robinson won 8-7 in their recent league contest against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA)

In their next game, the Lakers play the Westhill Warriors (Syracuse, NY) in a Section 3 Liberty contest, on Monday, April 10. Skaneateles will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
