In Friday's non-league game, the host Alma Airedales baseball team scored a nice 11-0 victory over the Lavaca Golden Arrows.
The Airedales (8-7) will now prepare for their game against Van Buren (Van Buren, AR). The Pointers go into the 5A West game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Van Buren was overwhelmed by Benton (Benton, AR), 4-1, in a non-league game.
The Golden Arrows (6-6) will now prepare for their game against Hector (Hector, AR). The Wildcats go into the 2A Region 4 game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Hector was overwhelmed by Paris (Paris, AR), 14-2, in a non-league game.
