The Bloomfield Wildcats baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Clearwater Fightin' Tigers to 1 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Friday.
The Wildcats (5-7) will now prepare for their match against Advance (Advance, MO). The Hornets go into the non-league match with a 2-7 record. In their last match, Advance was overwhelmed by Oak Ridge (Oak Ridge, MO), 8-7, in a non-league match.
The Fightin' Tigers (3-6) will now prepare for their match against Greenville (Greenville, MO). The Bears go into the non-league match with a 9-3 record. In their last match, Greenville ran past Meadow Heights (Patton, MO), 9-8, in a league match.
