The Hermitage Hornets baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Bronaugh Wildcats to 0 in the Hornets non-league victory on Friday.
The Hornets (3-4) will now prepare for their match against Appleton City (Appleton City, MO). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 4-5 record. In their last match, Appleton City gained a win over Drexel (Drexel, MO), 10-5, in a non-league match.
The Wildcats (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Sarcoxie (Sarcoxie, MO). The Bears go into the non-league match with a 6-6 record. In their last match, Sarcoxie was overwhelmed by Cassville (Cassville, MO), 10-2, in a non-league match.
