Texas High School Baseball - Como-Pickton loses to Ford

The Como-Pickton Eagles baseball team (Como, TX), was overwhelmed 19-6 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting Ford Panthers (Quinlan, TX)

The Panthers now hold a 9-12 record. They take the field next when they host Canton for a 4A Region II District 14 outing on Tuesday, April 9. Ford will face a Eagles team coming off a 4-2 league win over Kaufman (Kaufman, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 20-4.

Next, the Eagles face the Alba-Golden Panthers (Alba, TX) in a 2A Region III District 18 outing, on Tuesday, April 9. Como-Pickton will attempt to advance on its 9-9 season record. The Panthers enter the outing with a 15-5 record after their 14-3 league win over Cumby (Cumby, TX).
